天馬論駕第三回合賽事 – BG慘被續電器打敗

The Shanghai Tianma Circuit’s racing Festival was on 5-6/8/11 and its on the Fri and Sat weekend due to their Sunday was pre-booked by other events.

Due to BG has to organize and raced in last weekend’s Sichuan Chengdu’s Racing Festival and the Shanghai race has to started on a earlier Thur for practice,  so all the  race bikes and equipments were late in arriving Shanghai as of the long journey, the bikes and equipments only gets to Shanghai Tianma on Friday morning 2 am, so the team has to stay up all night unloading and preparing for the 1st race day on Fri instead of having the Thur for bike set up and practice.

BG Pro Spanish rider Alan Vilches on the Titanic-BG Kawasaki ZX6R, being the winner of the last Tianma round and again the winner of last week’s Chengdu Super sport class was predicted to be the strongest riders to win at this Tianma round.

The weather in Shanghai again was unpredictable due to there is a typhoon on its way coming to the China Costal region and predicted to hit landfall on Sat, so there was strong winds, sunny intervals mixing with rain, Alan did his usual crowd pleasing riding styles sliding into some corners and wheeling out others and the crowd was in great spirit cheering Alan on, Alan took Pole as predicted and was in great form ready for the Sat main race.

Sat morning see heavy rain and strong winds that send teams scrambling to BG office to get Michelin’s full rain tyres, but a hour after , the sun came out and everyone has to again rush to change tyres to Dot race tyres.

The main race was on 3.50 pm and when every bike was on the grid and getting ready to start, with a 30 sec left for race start, when the Grid was cleared of all personnel and all riders started their bikes, smoke was seen coming from under the seat of Alan’s Pole sitting bike, seeing nothing can be done, so Alan’s bike was pushed to the pit wall and he has to retired from the race.

Without Alan at the race, BG ex china rider Dubang won with no competition and BG’s Stephane on the Aprilia RSV4-factory bike took 3rd place at the open 1000 class giving the team a much needed cause for celebration.

During the post race inspection of Alan’s bike, it was found that the regulator under the seat has burnt out causing all electric failure, this never happened before incident has depressed everyone at the team but can only hope for a better result at the next Tianma race in Nov, 2011.

由於天馬賽車場上周日已被其他廠商訂場,所以天馬論駕第三回合賽事史無前例的被提前於201185-6日週五/2天舉辦。

由於BG在此賽事的前一周需在四川組辦成都賽事節中的超級摩托車賽事,而上海賽事又被提前至週四,所以令到從成都急運回來上海的賽車,裝備及工具經過了長途的運輸後最終只能在週五淩晨2點到達上海。 我們便錯過了週四的練習,車隊所有人經過通宵的卸貨整理及將所有的賽車調教全擠在週五中午前完成。

BG西班牙車手Alan Vilches與他的 泰力-BG川崎ZX6R戰車,已經在上一場的天馬論駕超摩組賽事贏得全場冠軍及上周剛結束的成都超摩賽事600cc組別的冠軍,並被公認為此場天馬賽事的頭號種子選手。

上海上周的天氣讓人難以預測,加上預期於週六會有颱風的襲擊和登陸。則整周的天氣都陰晴不定,時而下雨,時而出太陽。Alan在週五的排位賽中使用他一貫引人驚歎的技術 -  在一些彎道將摩托車打滑入彎再迅速翹頭出彎,使觀眾都大為喝彩,最後他取得賽事杆位發車。

週六早上強風大雨使得所有車隊都擁向BG辦公室購買米其林雨胎。可是1小時後,太陽又出來了,令到所有車隊都暈頭轉向的又匆忙換回有坑紋的幹地輪胎。

主賽事安排在下午350分,當所有人都在各自的排位位置上準備發車的前30秒,突然間發現杆位車手Alan的戰車坐位底發出濃煙,然而技師們診斷將無法作及時搶修,則Alan只好遺憾地退出比賽。

由於Alan的退賽,BG前中國車手杜邦再毫無壓力之下贏得了比賽,而BG法國車手Stephane與其戰車阿普利亞RSV4在公開1000cc組贏得了季軍,使得BG車隊在痛失本來有很大可能取得的冠軍後,給予另外一個足夠的理由去慶祝一番。

經過檢查Alan的戰車,發現坐位下的整流器由於過熱而燒焦引起電流供電故障。所有人都感到非常的奇怪,因為這個故障的出現是非常罕有的。可這也沒辦法,只能祈求下一個在201111月的賽事能繼續拿到最好的成績。
