| Congratulations to Tom Sykes and the Kawasaki Racing Team for a fantastic season! Not only did Sykes come within one half point of capturing the 2012 title, he was consistently dominant in qualifying (earning 9 of 14 Superpoles), set numerous fastest lap records (6 in qualifying, 1 during the race), hit the fastest speed ever on a superbike (339.5km/h) and led more laps (204) than the next three riders combined. | |||
