限量500臺的Panigale V4 25°Anniversario 916，是以1994年的Ducati 916作為藍本。2019年是916面世25週年，所以Ducati推出為V4推出916限量版，除了用料更精良之外，車花設計上也是參照傳奇車手科格迪Carl Fogarty在1999年奪得SBK冠軍寶座的996 SBK戰車。

Ducati 916 SBK共取得8次WSBK最佳製造商頭銜，6次最佳車手獎項。在6次最佳車手獎項中，有4次便是由科格迪取得。而他騎著Ducati賽車所取得的55場勝利中，有43次便是騎916 SBK或996 SBK。所以在世人的腦海裡，科格迪和Ducati 916，兩者是連在一起的。

Panigale V4 25°Anniversario 916限量版以Panigale V4S為基礎，但前車架及一身啡呤都來自V4R，符合Ducati Corse標準。為減輕重量，更採用了Marchesini鎂合金鍛造輪框和鈦合金AKRAPOVIC死氣喉。

軟件方面，當然也達到EVO 2標準，包括快速轉波器和Traction Control。新車的車身滿佈輕量化Performance配件：牛角、油缸蓋、STM乾式極力子、雙bubble風擋、廿五週年專用座墊，令人目不暇給：
